Building Process

If you are new to the building process, or if this is not your first custom built home but do not have a home design.  We feel it is important to get to know our clients to design your ideal dream home.  It is important to know if you are a private person, love to host guests, nature lover in order to design your home and make it truly exquisite to you!

Once we have your home design and are ready to begin the construction process, there are many decisions to be made. We assist you by managing this process and tailoring it to suit your needs. Regardless of the extent of your direct involvement in the process, we will manage cost, time and quality control to your specifications.  You will always have a way to get in direct contact with us if you have last minute changes or if you want to know the status of your home. 

We choose subcontractors and vendors based on their ability to meet our rigorous demands for quality, capability and reliability. We consistently coordinate all aspects of the custom homebuilding and construction process from start to finish. We are on-site everyday to keep a close watch on the progress of your project.  We encourage you to visit, the project, as often as you like.  Every aspect of construction is checked and only the best is accepted.  If you are an out of town homeowner, we will send you daily or weekly updates with photos for you to review and file.

As soon as home construction is completed we coordinate with the owner to assure a smooth turnover including a comprehensive review of all mechanical systems, appliances and electrical equipment.

Our entire custom homebuilding process is focused on satisfying your specific needs.  Your happiness and satisfaction is our goal and the lifeblood of our company.  We will tailor updates and any of the building process around your requests.  As a family run company we are very flexible and realize each homeowners’ circumstances and comfort levels are different.  We will work with you to do what is the most comfortable for you during the entire building process!
